My time schedule is all out of wack, spent all night in an E.R. then had to try n do chores by myself, napping in chair when time allowed. Just got first nights sleep, feels like a hangover. I need coffee.

Sounds like you are doing a lot for just having surgery not that long ago.

Yep, it’s been a challenge. Actually 3 surgeries, fused vertebrae, both hips replaced. Was a mistake to do it all in to short period of time. All in 16 months.

Dr. wanted me to take 3 years. 5 years total his way, after rehab each time. My way 3 years total. P.T. Tues. N Thur. Home exercise twice daily.

Sure didn’t expect helper to end up going to ER in ambulance in the middle of the night. Just thank *** it wasn’t his heart. Turns out to be severe G I tract infection. He’s 54.

I guess I should get up on the elliptical. I am going to try to get Waylon in to the vet. He vomited three days in a row, most of the food that he ate. So I am worried about an obstruction.
