There are ways.
Hell, they could just close the legs. But that doesn't count as a way to have sex without a kid.

Chris Rock's joke wasn't the issue. Not trying to rationalize Will Smith's response to that joke but IMO it was a culmination of the emotional stress that his "wife" has been putting him through that manifested. She made him do crazy things that he felt he needed to do to prove his love for her.

He even said that on stage. "Love will make you do crazy things"

That love is obviously just one way. He needs to get far from that woman.

My mom had her tubes tied in 1970 after my first little sister. In 1979 she had my second little sister....

I know someone that had a vasectomy, yep he had another child after. Turns out he either had a third tube the Dr missed or one of them reconnected. He also didn't follow procedure by going in and being tested to make sure he was shooting blanks.
