WTB: One Screw NVG Mount for MICH/ACH

Like the title says, I need one screw NVG mount for my helmet. Doesn't have to be the whole thing, just need the mount for a headlamp.

(Will trade for an Indiana Zombie Response Team patch and sticker as well )
