Actually, it looks like OP put the burger between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches.

Look amazing, I like to cut up pepper jack and jalapenos and fold them into the ground beef.

Then put some ranch dressing and hot sauce on it!

Forget ketchup and mustard and mayo

So this is what we are looking at!
2 kinds of cheese make up the grill cheese buns, swiss and sharp cheddar!
1lb of Angus beef seasoned with bleu cheese and secret spices make up 4 patties. 1lb of Applewood smoked bacon cover the burger. Add pepperjack cheese, ceasar salad, and onion rings and you have a "Oh so good" burger!!
Nothing else needed!

Although depending on the source of the ground beef, I don't know that I'd want to cook to my preferred doneness.

After watching an episode of man vs food I had to try the Krispy Kreme burger. Instead of grilled cheese for the bun use a Krispy Kreme cut in half and grilled. Yummy with a side of hypertension.
