just curious to how much once fired brass usually sells for? ive seen 40s&w once fired brass sell for $20 and another for $50 per 1000 pieces. whats a good price?
usually mixed head stamps are cheaper If you want a certan maker ie, win,rem or fed you will pay alittle more.Winchester brass is noted for thinner walls meaning more powder. $20-35 per 1000 is about right in this era.
$30-$40 is a good range. You can even get roll sized for that price if your gun has issues with brass fired through guns with unsupported chambers, like Glocks. I buy from either Scharch or Precision Delta.
There are a lot of web for once fired brass......
in fact once fired brass is one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brass can go from a nickel apiece to god only knows...
most of the time it is around half or just less than brand new...
It depends on several variables - how much you are buying, has it been cleaned, has it been deprimed, has it been sorted by headstamp. So it can vary by a substantial margin.
What do the local indoor ranges do with their range brass? I used to buy 55 gallon barrels full of all kinds of brass for $70 a barrel!!!! Pain to sort but well worth it for all the once fired brass...
