It looks like there is some kind of vertical foregrip that put his hand quite close to the muzzle. I can see how just a slip would put his hand out in front. Full auto pistols are such a bad idea.

Watch the video again... the vertical grip came off and put him firing full auto one handed!

Very true... However with the high rate of fire of the G-18, combined with the VG that came off, broke off, whatever .. It's a bad deal for sure. I would never fire the G-18 with a VG.
