Looks like we are down to 28 here with 25 mph sustained winds.

He's going out with friends tomorrow night, laser tag and BW3's, I didn't want him to be out without a phone that would hold a charge the whole time he was out.

I'm working tomorrow. We only work till 2 but that will kill the day for getting much else done so I am doing laundry now.

I got my first cell phone in about 1993. It was the 5-lb Motorola one that looked like a WWII walkie talkie. I got it because I was driving the toll road back and forth to South Bend for an internship, and it was 65 miles between gas stations.

I had a cell phone once I started driving. Prior to that just had to call the house i was supposed to be at.

That's how I did it with my other two kids as well. When they started driving, they had a phone. If they were caught using it while driving, they lost driving privileges.
