    I really need to find a 'Grip of the month' club. My tastes vary quite a bit and for a while, I'm all over the Hogues, then a little while later, I have a box of Hogue grips while the guns sport new grips. 6 months later, the Hogues are back on them again.

    Now, that's what I call patina! Beautiful Rusty. You don't often see guns that have more chipped spots than paint left on them.
    :cool: One of the inspection papers that came with it listed the finish as black, I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion? Certainly would be impossible to replicate that patina. :):

    Picked this up last Thursday, and ran a bunch of different types of ammo thru it Sunday. Ball, HP, 115, 125 & 147 grain, ate everything and every shot a hit.

    I recently got tired of the tan color on my the gun so I refinished my pre-B CZ in a charcoal gray. I had some duracoat laying around and did a bit of mixing to see what I could come up with. Here's what the gun looked like as bought:
