First, any surprise the woman locked up for threatening actions against a REPUBLICAN President is released from prison under DEMOCRAT President?

Also interesting timing given the recent open carry of a gun 'near' BHO.

there isn't anything in the article that would suggest that this was a "spur of the moment" thing. or that BO had anything to do with it.

To me It sounds like she has been slotted for release for a wile.

California wanted to release her before she was too old to run for State Senate. She's already got a huge voter base behind her and all the credentials needed for office. She's be a shoo-in.
I would imagine her campaign song would be the Beatles HELTER SKELTER.
