    Outta curiosity, what's the going rate for working up plans? We'll be doing this in about 5 years, give or take, and we've got pretty specific requirements that are not met with the "off the shelf" plans online or in the books. In case it matters, single level on a basement, approximately 1800-2000sqft.

    And will you still be in this business when that day comes? :):

    Going rate is $1/sq.ft. of heated living space. I've been doing this full time for over 10 years, survived the downturn in the economy, and business is booming. :rockwoot:
