What you say to your doctor is protected under HIPAA but Obama wants to make physicians and therapists report anyone who might have a tendency toward violence to others.
What about the veteran returning from Afghanistan who made some ugly comments during his psych evaluation? The husband and wife at marital counseling?
Electronic medical records are now accessible by the federal government and now they can search for "key words" like the NSA does with emails.
