Unfortunately with the voucher program the government can also have an influence over the private schools as well. . . at least the ones who take voucher students. My wife is a teacher for the Catholic school system. They now rely on the voucher kids to keep the money flowing in. School tuition for a paying family may be $3000.00 per year per student, compared to $9000.00 per student per year the school may receive for a voucher student. The private schools will fall in line if the price is right.
They haven't so far. There's no indications that his current policy on not releasing violent offenders will change.

Can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs.
There was a guy named Carmel and his 11 lbs. of cocoa, Byron and his 11 lbs. Of cocoa, Christopher and his manufacturing,and possession of 3/4 lb.of meth. These look like the kind of guys that must to have slipped out under the skirts of all the rest of the school girls.
I had a meeting about this the other day with an education attorney. Do not improperly frame this as just use of restrooms. Here are some high lights:
1. Gender Fluidity must be recognized. So, a student can identify as Male on Monday and Female on Tuesday.
2. The School cannot ask for documentation "proving" gender identity, nor can they consult with the parent. If the student says they are X instead of Y, that must be honored.
3. You cannot have a special private facility, or one "mixed" restroom. All must be the same. Either have boys rooms and girls rooms and allow the students to choose which they use, or make all restrooms gender neutral.
4. This applies to Athletic teams. Who will be the first to have the best girls basketball team in the state with a fully transgender girls basketball team? The entire boys varsity become "gender fluid" and happen to identify as male on the days of their games and female on the days of the girls games. Remember, the school corporation cannot question a students gender identity.
5. Over night field trips are part of this. If your junior high student goes on the Washington D.C. trip and stays in a hotel room with 4 other students, rooming lists will have to be determined by gender identity. So, a biological male may be sharing a room with your biological female daughter. If you or your daughter say "No Way" then your daughter is punished for not respecting the civil rights of the person who identifies as a girl.
6. Think about the big one room showers in gym class. Wonder how many boys might decided to identify as a female during the hours of PE.
7. Where might this lead? What if the male coach of the girls volleyball team suddenly identifies as a female. Now, can he go into the girls locker room while his team is changing?
8. If a school system complies, and this is abused and causes embarrassment, bullying, sexual assault, or other harm, guess who gets sued? The school system does for failing to provide a safe and secure environment for the students.
9. Wasn't Obama supposed to support public education? How many parents will pull their kids out of public schools and choose private school or home schooling because of this? It could be devastating to public education causing mass lay offs and school closings. In Indiana each student is worth roughly $6,000 to the school corporation, depending on the corporation. If a school corporation of 6,000 kids looses 500 students, That is a loss of $3,000,000 to the corporation. That could mean the need to lay off over 40 teachers (based on average salary, benefits, payroll taxes, etc of $70,000 per year, which if you do the math that may be a bit conservative). Do the math, that is 500 students lost, over 40 teachers lost, that is 12.5 students per teacher. With average class sizes around 30 students, that means that it is not an even loss. In other words, you don't just lay off the number of teachers that would be teaching those 500 kids. So, class sizes go up.
There has not been a large percentage of students in IN that identify as a gender other than their biological gender. Typically, those situations are handled on a one on one basis in order to protect the privacy and safety of the student. We can't do that according to this rule. So, with most school corporations having few or no students identifying as trans gender, their is a much greater likelihood that this will be abused by those who are not truly transgender than actually helping student that are transgender.

Why can't we just universally create a 3rd bathroom? Male, Female and Other or some other PC name that all the libtards can agree upon. That way my daughters can go to the female one knowing that some middle aged pervert who "identifies as female" today isn't going to walk in on her.
That's too much money to contribute to a minuscule portion of society.

Then, is the space going to come from the other bathrooms, or from floor space that is earning income?

How about we just impale the Kenyan on a plunger every time someone gets their privacy or worse violated?
According to the folks that pushed this thing down our throats, having an "other" restroom would be violating the rights of the trains gender person. If they say they are a boy, we have to accept that and treat them as such. If they say they are a girl, we have to accept that and treat them as such. And remember, it's not just about the bathrooms.
Now...now...now...before we resort to that
, why don't we just say "blow it out your ***!". And ignore the shrill wailing and moaning of the SJWs. Just stick up for ourselves and tell them NO!I'm curious; what part of the Constitution supports forced sodomy as punishment for whatever crime you perceive the President as having committed?
