Had a good time even though I think we totally overhwhelmed the wait staff and the kitchen...did anyone actually get what they ordered?

what was the final number that showed up?

No pics. I didn't count (maybe ghostof winter did) but there were at least 20, maybe 28.
If you'd have bothered to show up you would already know, but I understand it is south of 30...

It was a nice group. Met many nice people, at least at our end of the table. We did ask them to send the bill to JD.

Sorry I missed this event.

I was a bit busy. My daughter was competing in the Midwest High School Open Fencing Tournament. She came in 14th in woman's Saber. That doesn't sound so good until you consider that this was a 7 state event and there were competitors from Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Minnesota at this event.

Of the 35 kids in her high school team, she was the highest placed kid from her school. During the pool bouts she beat a nationally ranked fencer, handing that fencer her only loss in the pools. My daughter fought her way up through the direct elimination bouts until she was knocked out just before the quarter finals.

It was a good day. Long day. But a good day. Oh, but I did talk guns with the police officer who was assigned to guard the event, he carried a cocked & locked Kimber 1911.

Sorry I missed it also. Wanted to come, but full day. Legion meeting, followed by a Memorial Service for a friend's kid, followed by being late for work. In fact, I'm still at work.

great time today, met some great people, had a blast. my food was right too, but like turnandshoot said, we had a different waitress. looking forward to the next one of these.

I didn't even try to count, but it looked to be about 30 people showed up. Had a good time putting faces to names, unfortunately it was hard to talk to everyone.

My food was right, and I was one of the last to order and one of the first people to get it. Sorry, I'm a little excited about that because that NEVER happens to me!

I'm looking forward to the next meet up, I'm sad I didn't get to meet Princess Jedi

Good time, but the venue was a bit uncomfortable for me.

I kept looking around and getting distracted by the goofy crap on the walls. Movie posters and album covers all mixed together and intentionally placed on the walls at angles to mock me. They had a Flogging Molly poster right next to a U2 poster which I did NOT approve of. They had at least six TV sets thrown in that small space. All of this on top of the fact that the server's top was so tight I could hardly breathe.
