I've read that but I also talked to a couple Illinoid Officers's that said they didn't know what I was talking about... carry-er beware....

Rather spend my money in a free state though... and something about getting certified to be a firearms instructor in a State that has been so disrespectful to American Freedoms just seems wrong...

TV, unfortunately even though you are right, by the time a judge lets you out and gives you your firearm back the weekend will be all over, your gun has a case number dremeled in the side of it and has been dropped a half dozen times and there is always the possibility that you lost all your clothes when you were thrown into a cement room and you are more interested in getting warm again and some medical attention for the broken jaw you suffered when you tried to tell them you were right....

oh, nevermind that stuff never happens.... righttttttttttttt...........

I am going to North Carolina this summer.
I will be driving through Kentucky and Tennessee.
anybody else know anything I need to know about, firearms wise?
I have done quite a bit of research, but just making sure I am not missing anything.
I am mainly wondering about just KY and TN.
I have North Carolina squared away.

My daughter goes to college in North Carolina, consequently I drive to/from NC several times a year (and again in 2 weeks).

I take 65 south to Louisville, then go east through Ashland, KY over to Charleston, WV. on I64 Turn south at Charleton and drive through Virginia on 64/77 into NC. Your Indiana LTCH is honored by all those states.

    Go read this lazy butt.
It covers Jedi going from IN to FL by going from IN -> KY -> TN -> GA to FL with both a sidearm and a rifle.

Is anyone going to the 1500 tomorrow?

    Not Jedi ever again.
If you have not gone, Jedi recommends you go at least once in your lifetime as it's an experience like no other.
But really the prices are 'ok' and it's safer and better to just go to your local gun shop or buy online.
Apart from fingering every gun you want that is about it.
Granted you can finger a lot of guns at the bigger local gun shops as well.

And then you sue them into the ground and don't even have to feel bad about screwing the taxpayers!
