i was stopped outside by two, very old fellows who were in the place prior.. they ask about the truck, we talk for about 15 minutes about trucks and bikes and such... they then ask if i ever get in trouble for my gun...

Shelby Izaak Walton is an option. Outdoors, private. You can do anything you want. You have to be a member though, $115 a year.

I will have to check that out!

    @gunbunnies-is there a joke there?

@jedi-I worked there almost 3 years and never got to shoot anyone. It isn't as bad as Hammond!

Haven't been to the one in merrillville... was a member at the one in Glen Park before, but Glen Park just has a indoor pistol range, like 50 foot and they charge you 5 bucks everytime you use it on top of the yearly dues... They do have a nice trap range also...

Shelby has a pistol through 100 yard outdoor range and a trap range also... I just like the feel of the Shelby one better this last summer when I got a chance to shoot on it...

    No joke... just want...

TNS4 depends on what time of the night your out there... Seen interesting things up in the Harbor at 2AM... Not Gary but ...

    NWI INGO gift to Jedi

Two months ago "ya boys and girls" suprised me with a PINK LEGO pencil box and a thank you card. Well this is what I did with the money you gave me.

    1) M1 Carbine rear sight
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-01_m1carbinesights.jpg

    2) M1 Carbine sling
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-04_m1carbinesling.jpg
Note the rear sights are attached already just need to sight them in.

    3) Brass Catcher for M1 Carbine and 1911 along with a dual "clip" holder for the 10/22

So with the M1 Carbine "appleseed" ready it's time to look at the reloading for it. :)

    4) Hornady lock rings and quick release bushings.
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-02_reloadingitems.jpg

    See how it works here
    www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOl3H0hsjJM

Makes it a lot easier to set it (the dies) and forget it since you can just switch them out without have to unscrew them.

    5) Lee M1 Carbine dies

    6) Lee M1 Carbine FCD

    8) Reloading blocks
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-06_mtmreloadingblocks.jpg
(might have to spray paint these green to match the room you know. ;))

    9) Quick case lenght checker since I'm llllaaaazzzzyyyy and don't want to use the calipers each time.
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-07_lymancaselenghtchecker.jpg

    10) Lee trimming tools and auto-prime shell holder for my hand loading tool
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-11_leetrimer.jpg

    11) Lee zip trimmer to make the process go faster

    12) Some MTM boxes for the reloaded 30 carbine rounds

So that is it for the reloading. I'm now ready to go in terms of equipment to reloading for the M1 Carbine next season.

Next I finally got me an air compressor!
    http://www.majhost.com/gallery/jediagh/guns/gifts/nwi-ingo-gift-09_aircompressor.jpg

Been meaning to get a small one to inflate car tires and the tires on the snowblower and PINK wagon that seem to go low just about every month. :xmad: Could not pass up the deal on this one. Had a $10 off coupon, got the "online price" at Sears Hardware at their physcial store PLUS got it on the day they had a 10% on everything sale! So was abe to combine all three of the discounts to get it for ~$50!

It will also help to blow out any remaining powder in the uniflow hopper since I'll be using two different powders now. WIN 231 for .45 ACP and WIN 296 for the M1 Carbine.

I did think of getting another Uniflow Powder measure but figured against it for now. Maybe later on down the road. Most likely when I start to reload for the .308 in 3 years. Since that round needs more powder per round.

Last but not least is it looks like Jedi will finally join Da PINKFather in OC like the rest of you thugs and rednecks!

    THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!
