At least I'm on vacation now. My sinus infection is pretty much gone but probably still got the covid. My surgery is again rescheduled for March 15th. At least I go back to work this coming Wednesday and have another month to job on some OT if it comes my way.

My soon to be ex only wants 2 of my firearms and I think we are both at the acceptance stage and want to get this over with.

Anyone have any suggestions for decent trailer parks? I'd rather pay 300 to 500 per month for lot rent and at buy a trailer knowing I can at least sell it down the road and still get some money back instead of paying 1200 and up a month for the apartments Ive seen online.

Everyone south of 30 is hogging all the weather. My puddles are eating all the flurries. That's all that I have going on up here, wind and flurries.

Sorry you even have to think about some of these things 1775. What area do you need to be in, as far as housing? I know a lot of people, and can check around.

It is what it is. At least we can now talk and she only wants 2 of my 40ish firearms as well as being pretty calm about splitting the household stuff. Im looking to stay in Porter or Laporte counties. I work in Hammond so close to 94 would be beneficial.

We lived in Camelot Manor ( hwy 6 & County Line rd ) Bought it used from the Park - gave it back 3 years later - they usually have a selection from Used for $ 5000 to New Single Wides for $ 39,900

Mobile Home depreciate like Cars and it's expensive ( $2000 + mileage ) to move them anywhere else - private land ?

Yeah I wouldn't plan on moving it. I figure it would be cheaper for me than an apartment till I can get a few years of child support under my belt to see what I can afford for a home with my VA home loan again.

It's really coming down out there. Visibility on 30 was only a couple hundred yards at times. I would not want to be out there in the open areas after dark tonight.
