Thought over forty hours working you have OT coming. Or at least a Kelly day.

Sounds like "book time" in the auto industry.

120° in the shop today. Long 9 1/2 hours. Straight home and jump in the pool. Man is it refreshing. One of the best investments I've made

Or he could be on salary. They can basically **** your eyes out as long as you're not hourly depending on your employment contract.

Duty trades to bank time off elsewhere. The only limitation is that I can't work more than 48 hours in a row without 12 hours off so technically, there is room for me to work an additional 24 hours within this current run either with duty trades or actual paid overtime.

But he also did not "work" all those work. But he was at work all those hours waiting for work to do.

The potential is there to be working every single one of those 120 hours. The potential is also there for me not to do a blessed thing during those 120 hours. Reality will be somewhere in between. I can only say for sure at the end of the seven day run. All I know is that I have earned my money so far.

Good thing about the new law passed here in Indiana, is that if you are cleared criminally in a shooting, you are not allowed to be sued civilly. So if it's a good shoot there really is no reason for Insurance, at least here in Indiana. I imagine if it's deemed a bad shoot, insurance probably wouldn't cover you anyway

An actual bill that makes sense and passed...amazing I know

Do you know the exact wording on that? Do you have to be charged and found not guilty or is it enough if the charges are dropped, or even if they decline to charge you at all?
