Nope & nope. Kinda helps they want to live near relatives (2 houses down) and we are the only house for sale in the subdivision. Other perk is the house is well maintained (as we weren't planning on moving- roof 1 year old, 8x10 shed 1 year old, 2 gardens (1 is 1 season old), and they won't have to lime the property for 8-10 years.Do they drive a black Escalade and have a teardrop tat?

I never thought a few inches of snow could shut down an interstate in Chicago but I suppose it's possible when that snow is slush ... the consistency of wet cement.
