Lol. Light traffic on the toll road. Cruise set at 90 and never had to touch the brakes till i got to Portage

On June 8th he passed me on Rt 30 like I was backing up. Like the old saying. Drive it like you stole it.

Are you sure they're not refering to a business designation?
I.e. Certificate of Completion (CCL) in General Business is designed to provide business training for various entry-level positions in business. They provide an introduction to business concepts, accounting and computer principles, and legal issues related to business.

I know they do some firearm training, as they are located in several states, they might do the CCL that covers the most, like Florida. Just my thoughts on it.
