The worst part for some of my friends that work there, is when they get blamed for things that other agents messed up. Trying to prove it was another agents fault is often difficult.

Apparently being sick is a good way to lose weight.
I've lost 20 pounds since my last doctor's office visit.
5 of those pounds were just in the last 7 days.

I lost 12 pounds in 3 days last winter with flu. Sure didn't stay lost very long.
