jedi only cuts grass sat morning or sun morning.
if its raining per "jedi rules" grass is not getting cut.
if it rained and grass is still wet per "jedi rules" grass is not getting cut.

jedi hates grass and thus avoids having to cut it.

So it is even taller next time, making it more of a PITA. Brilliant!

town would not allow jedi to mulch, cement, or brick that grass yet wanted jedi to cut it. hum...
