I bought my first rifle, it should be in Monday. After much research I decided to go with a Colt LE6920MPS-B. Can't wait to pick it up. Ordered 4 additional mags and a sling from Magpul for it. Gonna have to do some ammo shopping and plan a range day soon, when the TN isn't messing with me to bad.

I remember an eclipse happening in the late 70s when I was in junior high school. In class we made stuff to see it. I have no recollection about whether we were allowed to go outside.

Sure hoping that BillB got his telescope out and hooked up a camera so we can all be delighted with his photos of the eclipse, as seen from Thugville, IN ... a telescope can see through heavy cloud cover, right?
