I actually thought of a nice thing we can do that day in addition to dinner (and in addition to the flower around the neck thing..LOL). We don't have a huge amount of time since I work until 11am on the 14th and then I have to be back at work at 7am on the 15th.

Technically I'm off the afternoon and evening of the 14th. I was scheduled to work 7a-7p, and the only person I could trade with didn't want the whole 12 hours, so she's working 11a-7p and I'm still working the 7a-11a. Not a huge deal since the BF is not a morning person anyway.

We are going with a couple that lives on the wrong side of the border. Apparently IL's DL is not a sufficient form of ID for interstate travel. They need their passport to get through the TSA screening.

:spend:For $30 or $60 more (don't remember), when you renew your passport now, you can get an additional card that apparently frequent flyers use to get through TSA faster.:dunno:

It's been in the news for awhile now.
I think it's 5 states that IDs do not meet federal requirements and will not be accepted by TSA.
They were given time to correct the situation, but refused to do so.
