I want to take my little guy fishing today and was thinking about rogers lakewood park. I do not fish but he loves it, he is only 3 so I do not believe I need a license for him and since I am not fishing I would not think I need one either? My question is can I just go there and have him fish? I am pretty sure its just an open park that allows fishing but as I said***,, I don't fish so just want to make sure.
