It is a Marlin 30 30. Shame he would not just give it to me. But he said that he is going to take it back and get his money back. I tried to explain that you can't just return a firearm, but he did not believe me. He is going to learn real quick. I'm more upset that he went into a gun shop and asked for a deer rifle and they sold him a 30 30.
