Yes and no, it's what's going on in O' Central, but (currently) two separate issues...

but with gunfire all over the city and large amounts of people on the move... some of them will be probably be armed and what goes up must come down.

Definitely not gun fire, must be "poppers" fireworks. The little klenex looking things you throw at the ground and they go "pop". Guns are completely illegal in Chicago. There's not one gun there!
