Seems like a good place to put this.

The USPS keeps delivering somebody else's mail to my address.

Yesterday I got mail from across town. Today I put that bill in my mailbox so it can get to the right address.

I opened the mailbox and what did I find? ANOTHER bill to the same wrong address!

Lets say I live at 7045 Brannock Dr. 46221. I keep getting the mail repeatedly for 8045 Bandock CT 46268. We dont even use the same Delivery post office! And these are all bills with well marked addresses, sorting barcodes, etc.

And its not even a logical mixup where I live on brannock dr 46221 and I'm getting somebody on brannock Ct around the corner from me in the same neighborhood. That would at least make sense.

I went through the same thing where I used to live.
My address was 11202 and I kept getting mail for 12002.

    That is somewhat reasonable.

My beef is that I'm In Camby. (SW Indy near Bradis). The address for the proper destination is Pike Twp. (NW Indy)

And This is at LEAST the 3rd time this year. (that I recall. Maybe more)

Odd that the last two were 24 hours apart.

    Fedex is still a joke.

Saturday: We will deliver your package Monday!
Monday: Your package is arriving tomorrow!
    Today: Its out for delivery.
Fast forward to this afternoon. Fedex guy approaches me in the office warehouse where I had it shipped. "can you sign for this for me?" "Sure! Wait, where is the other one? You should have one for me as well on your truck."
"Nope. Only thing I got for you guys is for your accounting dept."

Today 30 minutes before our office closes tracking is updated: "Sorry, we tried to deliver, We will try again tomorrow."

    Like hell you did.
And I'm most ticked because I wasnt feeling well and was ready to go home early. But knowing my delivery was scheduled by 1, I hung around until 3. Even after the first driver said he didnt have it. :xmad:

Well, it is STILL a joke! I'm waiting on parts to finish my truck. On Tuesday, they gave me a date of next Wednesday. Ok... Then Thursday they switched the date to today when it just arrived in Phoenix. I told myself there is no way. They stuck to today until this morning, then switched it to next Tuesday. It is a large order so it requires a signature too.

Fedex sets unrealistic delivery dates. Just tell me it is going to be next week and quit screwing with me!

Various shenanigans with my FIL necessitated mailing a vehicle title. USPS cause surely they can't mess up a simple envelope going 250 miles. Must have fallen on the floor and been kicked under a machine. Finally made it but took 6 weeks :( Glad I got tracking on it or I bet it wouldn't have been found.
