I still wouldn't want to get hit by one of their bombs.
They might have no chance against modern fighter jets but they are still a threat to civilians (including their own population) if they decide to use them in combat.
Just about any thing in the right hands is a threat to a civilian....
However with a range of well under 600 miles even with belly / drop tanks, I wouldn't worry too much about seeing N. Korean air force in our air space any times soon.
Seoul is closer than that. 2ID is still up north, not sure how many are up there. 28.5K total US Forces in the ROK.Sure the US mainland is probably safe but they are like 110 miles away from Seoul, and also the DMZ with many US troops is closer to that.
