I was building my AR lower last night and completely noobed the springs. I put the disconnector spring in the bolt catch, now the spring is stuck. Any suggestions on removing it? I tried to oil it up real good and couldn't get it to pop out.

Try a small dental pick or thin piece of wire with a hook on the end and see if you can pull it out. Since the lower is aluminum, a fairly strong magnet might work, too.

Update: I tried putting the receiver in the freezer, hoping the metal would shrink, no luck. I tried a dental pick but broke the pick. I have a couple other suggestions, gonna try them this weekend. Will let you know how it goes.
