I'm looking for a leather holster for my Sig Spartan 1911. I believe leather will be less worrisome for me on the finish if decide to carry it, although the rubbed bronze nitron finish is supposed to be just as tough as the normal nitron finish model SIGS.

When you look on sites such as Galco, they don't have non-railed Sig options listed in 5" models. I was wondering if anyone knows of a manufacturer or something made for another model 1911 that will fit it properly.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions...:ingo:

Plastic will actually cause less wear than leather. Use a crossbreed or similar long enough and it becomes readily apparent.

Not trying to talk you out of leather, just giving a helpful FYI in case that is your primary concern.

I think you should sell me the 1911, thus eliminating your problem....if that's not an option then you could try Stoner leathers. He's made a couple for me, one for a Sig railed 1911. Very nice quality.
