I don't.
We have drivers that can't bend at one knee and still somehow pass. They can't much walk from the handicapped parking spot in front of the building to the door we come in through without needing to sit down or be breathing hard.
Honestly, for what they do in the physical they should just watch to see if you drive yourself to their office or not and pass you that way after watching you get out of your car. Would seem to cover everything they need to know.
