Is there a time limit? A month? A year? Ten years?

It is my understanding that the manager/owner of the business has to call to remove the trespass warning from our system. I do not know of any set time frame.

I normally get a corporate phone number from the owner/manager of the business and provide it to the person being asked to leave, so they can work it out on their own if they desire.

On the complaint forms I have there is a space in which the complainant can specify a date which they wish the warning to expire. If they leave the space blank, the warning is indefinite.
