    Yeah, we already hashed this one out and decided that the guy was at fault for not properly inspecting and maintaining his gear. That holster is way too worn to be used.

    We the jury find the Glock....not guilty. ;)

    So if you were holstering your XD with a full handed grip, and the corner of the holster bent in and pressed the trigger it wouldn't go off?
    I keep a small handed child on retainer to reholster for that exact reason.
    It gets a little dicey with child protective services, but at least I won't have an ND.

    No, it most certainly would. Good thing I don't holster with a full handed grip!

    That is a big IF. Personally, I holster my XD without engaging the grip safety, for this very reason.

    EDIT: yeah, what Ninja said! lol

    I don't like depending on external safeties; I place the responsibility for the safety and handling of my weapon directly on my shoulders, and I carry a Glock. I don't want some safety in my way when I need my weapon.
