Tenth knife on my learning journey. Finished this one tonight. First time doing it all with a grinder. The files got to sit this one out. Learned a WHOLE lot on this one. Also used G10 for scales, which was much different than the wood I've been using. Learn, learn and improve. If the first one I made could see this one and how far it come since then. 5/32" O-1, Tan G10.

That looks really good. In fact, if we hadn't seen all of your work until this point, I would not believe it was only your 10th knife. It looks better and is more refined than some of the work I've seen (not on INGO) from people who have been professional knife makers for a long time. Your 100th knife is going to amaze us!

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the feedback and comments. It's been fun, although that times a little bit frustrating, but I am really enjoying it. It seems more tools and materials are always showing up. I've been fortunate to have several guys in the industry give me pointers. All the work in the garage has been done using trial and error. I am glad to see the improvement with each one, and know that I have years and years to learn a fraction of what is out here.

At this time, I am selling a few of the ones that I am making, but they are mostly being bartered for supplies. The plan to keep this a causal hobby, quite honestly I don't have the time to commit to it full-time due to the workload at AGS, so I plan to make 3-5 a month as time permits.

Again thank you all for the words and popping in on the posts from the first 10... 11 starts tonight (new design).
