I'm confident that any alcohol in the original recipe is long gone after being baked in the oven. However, the bacon goes on and on! Yum.

You are correct, the alcohol is baked out, and I don't add alcohol to the frosting for these cupcakes.
TBH, I'm not sure if there's even a beer flavor to them. I won't eat them.
