NFA trust lawyers and the pros and cons.

I am looking for a gun lawyer here in indiana to set me up with a NFA trust.

but what are the pros and cons to have a NFA trust? is it better to get one or to go with out one?

and if it is a good idea to have one can anyone name anyone here in the state of Indiana that can draw one up for me?

INGO members who have a trust seem to be evenly divided between going this route:
