Sunday will be "Veterans Day". To be eligible to sign-up for Veterans Day you must:
check
- Be an active INGOer with a registration date prior to July 6th, 2012. check
- Own, have owned, or are currently in the process to own, any Class III firearms. (attendance at a prior NFA Day counts towards this) check

Due to our having to cap attendance to just 25, spouses must also be INGOers to be eligible to attend. In such a case, couples must sign up as a single entry. check
I believe having the the pending forms makes you eligible to sign up for the Veteran day. One of the main reasons of NFA day is to educate people of the process it takes to obtain an NFA item(paperwork etc). In the pervious years you would of been ineligible for the noob day because you would have been currently through the process and in the waiting stage. And in the previous years you couldn't attend the veteran day without attended the noob day. I hope this helps.I have forms 1 and 4 pending (March 13 and 14th), so I can enter twice? Not complaining about doubling my odds, but was your intent to open both classes to people in my situation? If not, which classification should I sign up in? Or did I mis-read this one?

Since you are "currently in the process to own", you qualify for Veterans Day and not Noob Day.
The operative word in the Noob Day eligibility rules is "Not".
Are we there yet?
