Hi Guys I am originally from Puerto Rico. I served in the US Air Force reserves. I applied for a license to carry a gun, as I was concerned the laws were going to change. I had a friend from Puerto Rico in the service that did not speak English when he joined. He went through a 6 week class to learn English. After that they put him on a telephone exchange of some sort. He was so pissed that he unlearned English, at least while he was on the phones.
