    Frickin Communists.
They don't want to be safe. They'd rather have psychos go postal up in there.

    1. Post a no firearms sign to keep law abiding people from protection.
    2. Allow some tool to go postal and injure / kill hordes of people.
    3. PROFIT!

It must be new because I oc'ed first of June when we took my son in when he was diagnosed with diabetes and I didn't see it then. We walked through the outpatient center to get to the registration desk. Good to remember when we go back in August.

something else to think about with going to Riley or University Hospital is that they are on the I.U.P.U.I campus. I haven't seen it before either. I think there is one outside of the E.R entrance though. :( :(

It's not on all doors, obligatory liability review for the entire Clarian campus (Riley, IU, Methodist).

Yeah, they are all around Methodist, just because there's a sign, that doesn't mean people obey it, like the one guy said, gives new meaning to Concealed Carry.

When 3 Burmese nationals got up on the 9th floor where the helicopters are in 2007, all "security" did was say " Wow" and walk away, changed my outlook on a lot.

Best part was I got in trouble for calling the director out on it, funny, I hear IMPD uses that incident as an example of how vulnerable hospital facilities are.

    Where's the bacon?
No weapons allowed in Clarian facilities? Well, let's see then... We better remove all the chairs, tables, pens, pencils, syringes, needles, oxygen bottles, surgical instruments, charting clipboards, computers, staplers, paperweights, table lamps, light bulbs, cooking utensils, telephones, telephone books, eating utensils, wall clocks, IV poles, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, window glass, and anything else small enough to be picked up or broken apart and used to do intentional harm.

    Anything can be a weapon.

Fortunately, the signs have no force of law in Indiana.

    Blessings,
    Bill

Well, I'm certainly not crazy about that. My wife works nearby, she said she noticed those this week. Must've been posted over the weekend.

Glad my son is done there, with any luck I have no reason to go back.
Wonder how the Bikers feel about it while raising money for them?
