Sweet looking gun. 226 feels big in my hands. I love my 229.

I feel just the opposite I thought my 229 Elite felt huge for its overall size, I know it is just the wood grips, but the 226 just melts into my hands with the grips it has on it.

I bought some of the nickel controls, I got some of them installed. Still need to put on the mag catch and hammer.

Very nice controls Stony. I've been kicking around doing that with my 229, and not sure if I want to or not, but I DO like the way it looks.

The 4 20 rounders is AMAZING. Buying mags after buying the pistol get's costly.

The 20 rounders aren't too expensive. You can get them at Topgunsupply or Midway for under $30. They are MecGars, but MecGar makes Sig mags to begin with
