Ten to 7, how laughable is that. That'll stop that gun violence! Just something to anger the gun owners and make their dumb voters think they're doing something. Oh boy...

7? They have a year to sell them out of state?

If any New Yorkers want to unload some Sig P220 or 1911 magazines, I'll be happy to goug...err...offer you a post-ban adjusted price for them. :)

It's brilliant! The subcompact conceal carry segment of the market is the one that's selling like hotcakes.

Most guns in that category have magazines that hold about 5 to 7 rounds.

So a la peanut butter sandwich! A new law that won't hurt the sales of the best selling pistol niche market!

I'll say it again. I hate politics.

Thank God I live here. Does that mean an 8rd enbloc is out? What about my 10rd Enfield mag. The Garand and Enfield have bayonets and are military rifles. The horror!

Maybe removable mags only? What are all those rappers and celebs gonna do? Get special dispensation?

Geez. Yeah, because the current limit of 10 rounds is clearly not working. All those crimes with 10-round magazines could have been averted if only the guns hadn't loaded themselves with 3 fewer rounds bullets!

So anyone outside of NYC will have to get rid of standard capacity magazines which held over 7 rds or become a miscreant. Think it cannot happen here, executive order................?
