I wish INGO supported ranked polls that could automatically score. Also so that people could vote anonymously. But it cant.

I'd like to see how candidates rank regardless of party. Periodically I'll score the rankings and post them. Just pick the top 5 candidates even if you have to hold your nose. One of these candidates will be President of the United States. Even if you hate them all, just rank them in order of which ones you least hate.

I'm listing candidates from the Fox Business varsity GOP debate, plus the democrats. Rank your top 5 in order of least hated.

    • Carly Fiorina
    • Marco Rubio
    • Ted Cruz
    • Jeb Bush
    • John Kasich
    • Rand Paul
    • Donald Trump
    • Ben Carson
    • Hillary Clinton
    • Martin O'Malley
    • Bernie Sanders

    Here is my ranking:

    1. Rand Paul
    2. Ted Cruz
    3. Carly Fiorina
    4. Marco Rubio
    5. Ben Carson

And yes, as unprepared as Ben Carson is to be President, I think he'd **** things up less than the people who didn't make my list.

So far, I'm at Sanders, Paul, tie, Trump, Cruz. Anything past Paul involves holding my nose while voting; the last two would induce vomiting.

Man, that is the truth, wish I could really be excited by one of them!

Same people as you, different order.

    1. Carly Fiorina
    2. Marco Rubio
    3. Ted Cruz
    4. Ben Carson
    5. Rand Paul

No ties. Since you listed Sanders first, I'll take that as your first choice.

First place gets 5 points, second 4 and so on.

To get an idea of how this works, here's how it stacks up from 3 voters so far:

    1. Paul (10)
    2. Cruz (9)
    3. Fiorina (8)
    4. Rubio (6)
    5. Sanders (5)
    6. Trump (3)
    7. Carson (3)
    8. Bush (0)
    9. Kasich (0)
    10. Clinton (0)
    11. O'Malley (0)

please pick 5. Even if you have to puke on one or more choices. Surely of 11 candidates 5 suck at least a smidge less than the other 6.

What I meant was, Sanders, then Paul, then a tie between the unappealing blob of the remaining candidates, then Trump, then anyone who isn't Ted Cruz, then turning the country back over to the British, then a second look around for anyone who isn't Ted Cruz, then finally Ted Cruz.

One of the people listed is going to be President of the United States whether you like that or not. Seems with 11 on the list it shouldn't be that difficult to rank them in least bad. So far you've really only picked 2.

    Could be anywhere
    • Carly Fiorina
    • Marco Rubio
    • Ted Cruz
    • Jeb Bush
    • John Kasich
    • Rand Paul
    • Donald Trump
    • Ben Carson
    • Hillary Clinton
    • Martin O'Malley
    • Bernie Sanders
    1- Cruz
    2- Paul
    3- Carson
    4- Fiorina
    5- Rubio

    I have a lot of questions though for 3-5...and a few for 1 & 2.

The poll is sort of like asking "Would you like a bowl of :poop: or a big bowl of :poop: with your dinner?"

Nope. It's not the false dichotomy you're imagining. It's more like saying, whether you like it or not, you're gonna end up having your dinner whether you like it or not. One of those candidates will become the next POTUS. Might as well pick which **** tastes least bad.

If Jindal was an option, he'd be up there around Paul / Cruz. I'm really not sure why he's not doing better than he is. From what I've seen, he's blowing every answer out of the water. I haven't looked into his voting record, so can anybody tell me what his pitfall is?
