Start savin' your pennies for some fodder. When I owned one I was paying about $2 per shot. Of course, you can use 45 LC for some cheaper fun. Nice gun!

45 LC makes it one smooth operator and an enjoyable shooter. The .454 Casull transforms it into a fistful of testosterone, flame and controllable devastation. Wow, I just gave myself goosebumps.

You will make the mistake of firing it without hearing protection only once and maybe with permanent damage.

Something to be said about having as much energy at 100 yards as a 44 Mag has coming out of the barrel.
^^^This! I have a Ruger super redhawk in .44 mag, and my dad has one in .454. I was expecting it to punish me, but if you are used to a hot .44 mag handload, then factory .454 isn't bad at all!
