Ooh baby! Wife's permit came today. Another 3 day turn around. Submitted at FWPD on Wednesday.

The cohabitator is looking to submit her application after we move Tuesday and I'm sure she'll be happy to know that she could have her license in a few days (instead of the four weeks that mine took). I'll pass along the info.

3 days? Took my buddy 9 weeks to get his two years ago. Things are improving in a big way. I just checked mine and need to renew in Jan. Thanks for this post. I thought I had longer before renewing. Getting the lifetime this time. It was not available before.

Damn! Mine took about 5 weeks. But I didnt do the electronic thing. Left the police station with ink all over my hands lol.

That is very fast. I'm sure the digital fingerprinting had something to do with it. ISP didn't have to digitize it for their database, and I'm sure that saves them a bit of time.
