I would let them know that considering lasers are often used as gun sights, I consider the pointing of a lazer at me or my house to be a threat and will respond with the needed action to stop the threat.

Not sure. But if he starts showing up asking to borrow ingredients for a pie for some reason, give him slightly less (or more) than he asked for. Give him the wrong thing. For example, boiled eggs instead of raw eggs.
