so we are doing a kitchen remodel currently working on the floors. when i took the oven out to tear up the the floor under it much to my supprise there was some rotted dry wall. so i cut the section out figure out what was going on. well turns out the water line to the bathroom which is on the other side of the wall has just an ever so light leak.... small enought that it didnt even fill the bottom of a cup i set under it for the over night. but over the last 12 year it has obvioulsy managed to get soaked up by the surrounding area dry wall. so i think the t join need cut out and replaced or at least some new sodder run around it..

    any body have some recomendations?

    thanks

    Probably yes and yes.

Estimated cost: I'd hope under $200 but I honestly have no earthly idea; that's just a WAG.
