need help with chickens please

My wife saw this in a recent Lowes flyer:
Fowl Play: How to Build a Chicken Coop

I've half-joked about chickens several times, since I figured she would never go for it. She asked a few questions about how hard and how expensive they would be, then said "I wouldn't mind this at all. It looks kinda cute."

It was officially added to my project list! Looks like we may start chickens next year. I'll be building something a tad cheaper, though.

eldirector, if you want some links that i payed for with plans pm and i will send em your way but that coop your looking at is crazy expensive probably. i paid for the plans so i dont think i can really post em up on here or the company may not be happy
