    And here is the fun. There is no standard for space suits. Elon makes his, and Boeing makes theirs.
    Boeing is a size range and is bulky, so it uses larger seats to accommodate the bulk.
    Starliner suits are thinner and is custom tailored to the individual.
    While I think they use the same valves, one puts them on the chest, the other on the thigh.

    So they cant just send one of Elon's up there. Their suits wont work on Elon's craft because they are too bulky and the hoses wont reach.


    Kinda like the Apollo 13 issue with the round CO2 filters for the orbiter, and square ones for the lander.

    Ugh.

    Remember the fire issues, I think New York a 100 years ago. They sent fire departments from all over the country to help and no standard fittings on fire hydrants.
