I was thinking about the Zhukov stock; they have it now for Yugo AKs as well!

It sounds like I would most likely be okay with either option. I'll report back once I make the purchase. Thanks all.

I think I'm going to go with a NPAP, and if the comb on the stock is a problem, swap it out for the Zhukov. Thanks all!

The privlem with canted sights is sometimes they're so bad you cant get the rifle zeroed and if your just picking a rifle up off the shelf at a store and it has canted sights how do you know if its to far of a cant without shooting it? Best to just avoid the issue all together.

I see a lot of ARs now with sights that are canted 45 whole degrees. Some even on purpose!

They seem to zero just fine.

The ar sights ive seen that are canted on purpose are 45 degree off set sights. Those work because both the rear and front sight are both canted at 45 degrees.

Also if you do have an ar with problematic sights it doesnt take much to pull the sights and correct it. With an ak you need a press and other tools to fix it.

I don't believe you're going to be able to use that stock on that rifle. Along with a lot of other parts, the stocks on the Serbian stuff are proprietary.

It does not appear so. I was planning on keeping the wood, probably staining it.
