My new Tactical Handgun

I've been meaning to get a new "Tactical" handgun for the house, and when my Buddy showed me this, I knew it would fit all me needs as a new Tactical home defence gun!

Q: Is that NAA .22 LR compensated? With the recoil on that revolver, for a good follow up shot (if needed), wouldn't compensating it help reduce the muzzle flip? Also, I saw the light, but wouldn't a CT laser help to pin-point your first shot?
